Delete your account & data
This page explains how to permanently delete your account and associated data for the Veg Sindhi Kitchen Android app (package com.vegsindhikitchen.app, published by Veg Sindhi Kitchen) and the Veg Sindhi Kitchen website. The same account works on both, so one request covers everything.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to vegsindhikitchen@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" — sent from the email address your account is registered with.
Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp at +91 81216 26926 with the words "Delete my account" and your registered email address. - We will confirm your request within 3 working days (we may reply once to verify it is really you).
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request, and we will send you a confirmation when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Profile details — name, email, phone number
- All saved delivery addresses and address profiles (Home, Office, Business place)
- Your complete order history
- Loyalty wallet, points balance and loyalty transaction history (unused points are forfeited on deletion)
- Saved favourite dishes and coupon redemption records
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing is retained in our systems after deletion completes — we do not keep anonymised copies, backups of your profile, or marketing lists.
- WhatsApp conversations: order confirmations you exchanged with our kitchen exist in WhatsApp chats. Those live in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms; you can delete the chat from your side at any time, and you may ask us in your deletion request to delete the chat from our side as well.
- If a legal or tax obligation ever requires us to retain a specific transaction record, we retain only the minimum required and only for the legally mandated period.
Not ready to delete everything?
You can also email us to update or remove individual details (for example, remove a saved address or change your phone number) without deleting your whole account. Data collection details are described in our Privacy Policy.
